Eligibility for the ENS International Selection Scholarships in France 2023

  • Applicants must be under 26 years of age at the time of application (they must not yet have reached the age of 26).
  • Applicants may apply only once for the global selection process. check here
  • Applicants must not have resided in France for more than ten months during the academic year of selection (September 1 – August 31) or the previous year.
  • Candidates must prove that they have completed at least one year of university studies in a foreign university (outside of France) during the calendar year preceding the start of their application.
  • Candidates must prove that they have completed at least 2 years of university studies in a foreign university (outside France), as of September 1st following the beginning of their application.


Application for the global selection according to the timetable below.

  1. Once completed, your application will be sent to the jury.
  2. If the jury selects your application, you will be invited to take written and oral exams.
  3. Scores on the exams will determine the list of admitted candidates.
